15th October 2007 SUPPORT BRITISH SAUSAGE WEEK 15th-21st OCTOBER

Hello and thank you to all of you who have patiently waited for this newsletter!

We are very pleased to be able to tell you that we will be open for raw meat sales on Friday October 19th from 12-7pm, and every Friday from theron at our new premises in Hollingbourne.

As it is British Sausage Week we will have plenty of sausage samples for you to taste, and buy as well as some great recipes to take away.

We will also have available our own free range Berkshire Pork and our first taste of Portland Lamb. Alongside this we will be selling locally reared Aberdeen Angus Beef which has been hung for 21 days.
