All our meat is from rare and traditional breeds of pigs, cattle and sheep, which we choose because of their superior flavour and quality. We produce the majority of the pork used on the trailers, on our own farm. All our additional meat is sourced from two local like minded farmers or from a carefully selected farm in Devon. We are proud that we can inform customers so precisely regarding the origins of all our food.
